Why should I utilize an outside organization for our company's hotel bookings?

Working with us reduces the cost of your events and minimizes your staff’s workload. We deliver excellent¬†service while drastically minimizing your company’s staff time for events (we can function as an extension of your team). We don’t charge anything to negotiate your hotel block but our clients receive better room rates than they can find on their own. Sounds too good to be true? It’s completely true and it’s why we have a 95% retention rate with our clients.

What's the minimum number of rooms you will negotiate?

We take on a limited number of clients each year. Our ideal clients include at least one of the following:

  • A room block of at least 50 rooms per night (on peak) at a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • A larger room block of at least 100 rooms per night (on peak) at a 3 to 4 star hotel
  • Or an extended stay of at least 50 rooms per night (on peak) at a 3 to 5 star hotel
