Jenny-Lynn Buntin


Jenny-Lynn Buntin is a strategy consultant who has worked with a number of clients throughout the United States in both the business and political sectors.

Jenny-Lynn previously worked in the White House in the administration of President George W. Bush in the Office of the First Lady, Mrs. Laura Bush. In this capacity, she was responsible for the planning and coordination of hundreds of events both domestically and internationally. Jenny-Lynn also served Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice and the Chief of Protocol, Ambassador Nancy Brinker at the U. S. Department of State. Post-presidency, Jenny-Lynn was engaged to assist with the launch of the Bush Presidential Center and Institute as well as the building of one of the Institute’s main focus areas, the Women’s Initiative.

In Redding, CA, Jenny-Lynn built catalytic city revitalization initiatives such as the Redding City Identity Project and the Redding MD Project. She served on the Board of the Shasta Library Foundation and as a member of the Shasta Angels Investment Group.

Jenny-Lynn graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Marketing.

April LaFrance


April LaFrance is a city influencer. After a career as a cardiopulmonary RN, April pursued the entrepreneurial path of the three generations before her by building and selling several companies. April co-founded The Chartwell Company to focus on what she loves the most in her work, helping cities and redeveloping real estate assets. 

April served as a member of the Shasta Angels Investment Group and on the Advisory Board for Mercy Medical Center Redding. 

In 2014, April was endorsed by city government leaders to create the Safe City Project to advise a city on solutions to reduce crime.

In 2016, April helped the Chamber of Commerce build the Redding City Identity Project, a collaborative initiative to improve the city’s image & reputation through messaging, aesthetics & experiences.

April and her partner Josh have two fantastic children ages 17 and 19.

Josh LaFrance


Josh LaFrance is a second generation real estate developer with nearly 25 years of experience as a licensed general contractor. As a trained draftsman, he is also experienced in creating full scale CAD drawings to map out real estate assets & create vision for what Is possible. Josh excels in advising clients on how to optimize properties with great design and functionality. He has an incredible ability to envision the highest and best use for spaces.

Josh is also the founder of Summit Drafting Co. which provides construction consulting and advisement to clients seeking to resolve code violation and permit issues.

Josh is known for his integrity, for his deep knowledge in construction, and for being extremely personable. In his free time he enjoys hiking, snowboarding and surfing.
